Yes. Sapphire will provide the reporting necessary when requested. Also, if a site audit is required, Sapphire can accommodate  “hands in pocket” data center tours for no additional charge.

While many applications come “cloud ready”,some do not. Fortunately, since the advent of Citrix and/or MS Terminal Server, you can easily run most applications in a cloud environment.

All backups to the Sapphire Cloud are monitored and validated. Sapphire’s highly trained technical team checks all backups in real time, and we will report any errors directly to your organizations point of contact. Additionally, Sapphire’s standard tool kit allows you or your designee to independently monitor your backup activity.

Live and archived data is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can be downloaded on demand. If for any reason downloading data from the Sapphire Cloud is not practical, Sapphire can securely ship your data overnight

Sapphire sells its products and services based on total datacenter space purchased. Rather than using an “unlimited space” marketing gimmick and then limiting it with short retention policies and locked local appliances, Sapphire will not limit how much local storage space you can add. We use local default sizes in our appliances for the purpose of setting product pricing levels. Additional storage or virtualized server space can be purchased with same day availability.

Yes. Sapphire allows for reseller rebranding,or “whiteboxing”, of our products. We are an OEM level provider. In other words, we own our datacenter platform and we are a first tier provider for the products we use such as StorageCraft. Sapphire reserves the right to deny any rebranding practice that may adversely affect the Sapphire Brand.
